THE INTERIOR: The heart of the home is the Silo, featuring an open-concept kitchen and dining area with soaring ceilings and a stylish loft overhang.

SLEEPING QUARTERS & BATH: This home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, each stocked with fresh soaps, hair dryers, and linens.

• Bedroom 1: Main Floor Master Suite (Queen) + Private en-suite with walk-in shower.

• Bedroom 2: Main Floor Bunk Room (Twin XL beds).

• Bedroom 3: Upstairs (Two Double beds) + Cozy armchairs.

• Bedroom 4: Upstairs King Suite + Private lounge seating.

• Common Bath 1: Main Floor full bath with tub.

COURT & BEACH GEAR: We provide pickleball paddles, balls, 2 yoga mats, beach towels & chairs, coolers, and a beach umbrella.

WILDLIFE & NATURE: Surrounded by woods and near the river, our home is a haven for local wildlife! Keep an eye out for deer and birds. Because we share space with nature, you may encounter bees, wasps, mosquitoes, or ticks. We professionally fog the property to minimize pests, but we do not issue refunds for nature being nature.

CLIMATE: Stay cool with central AC throughout the home, fans in every bedroom for summer stays. Stay warm in the winter with central heating and electric fireplace in the living room.

FIREWOOD: Firewood is provided for your use at the fire pit, additional wood is available for purchase.

PARKING: 4 designated parking spots on site. Please inquire if you are bringing a trailer with a boat. The public boat launch is less than half a mile from the property.

NUMBER OF GUESTS: Our space is designed for groups, family reunions, and retreats. We comfortably sleep up to 10 guests across our four bedrooms and flexible sleeping spaces.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during their stay. This includes the main silo home, loft space, garage game room, and all outdoor amenities: hot tub, sauna, pickleball court, pergola, grill, fire pit, and open yard space. Onsite parking includes 4 designated parking stalls.

We respect your privacy and want you to feel at home. We are available by phone or message to answer questions, provide local recommendations, or assist with anything you need during your stay. If desired, we can share tips on nearby wineries, beaches, orchards, and local dining spots that make Fennville and the surrounding areas such a special destination.

WATER: Our home runs on a well, and we have a professional-grade filtration system located in the pump room that services the entire property. While the water is filtered and safe, we know everyone’s palate is different—if you aren't a fan of the taste of well water, we suggest bringing along bottled water for your stay.

PRE-OPENING TERMS: Thank you for considering a stay at our property during its pre-opening phase. Please review the following terms before booking.

CONSTRUCTION TIMELINE: We anticipate construction to be completed by the end of February 2026. While every effort is being made to meet this timeline, construction schedules can be affected by weather, material availability, inspections, and other unforeseen factors. As a result, completion dates are not guaranteed.

RENDERINGS & PHOTOGRAPHY: All images shown prior to completion are architectural renderings intended to represent the planned design, layout, and finishes. Actual materials, furnishings, colors, landscaping, and details may vary slightly. We will update our website and social channels with photographs of the completed and staged property as soon as they are available.

POSSIBLE ADJUSTMENTS: Because the property is not yet complete, minor adjustments to furnishings, décor, or amenities may occur prior to your stay. These changes will not materially affect the quality or intended experience of the property.

CONSTRUCTION-RELATED DELAYS: In the unlikely event that construction or final approvals are delayed and the property is not ready for your scheduled stay, we will, notify you as soon as possible, and offer one of the following options: A full refund of all amounts paid, or the opportunity to reschedule your stay for alternative available dates

Our liability in the event of a construction delay is limited to the return of funds paid for the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations remain subject to the standard cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance or using a credit card that offers trip cancellation and interruption protection.
