Welcome to Bin and Gather—a luxury grain silo retreat reimagined for unforgettable getaways. This modern stay offers 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a detached game room, pickleball court, sauna, pergola, and fire pit. This one-of-a-kind space blends rustic charm with modern comfort—perfect for families looking to relax, play, and connect in a setting that’s anything but ordinary. All this, just minutes from the shores of Lake Michigan, the charm of Douglas and Saugatuck, and the regions finest wineries.
THE INTERIOR: The heart of the home is the Silo, featuring an open-concept kitchen and dining area with soaring ceilings and a stylish loft overhang.
• Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, island seating for 4, and a dining table for 6.
• Coffee Bar: Fully stocked with coffee pods, syrups, and snacks.
• Living Space: Gather around the electric fireplace on the large sectional for a movie or settle into the nook workspace with court and scenic views.
• The Loft: A flexible upstairs hub featuring a flat-screen TV, and table and chairs for board games or puzzles.
SLEEPING QUARTERS & BATH: This home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, each stocked with fresh soaps, hair dryers, and linens.
• Bedroom 1: Main Floor Master Suite (Queen) + Private en-suite with walk-in shower.
• Bedroom 2: Main Floor Bunk Room (Twin XL beds).
• Bedroom 3: Upstairs (Two Double beds) + Cozy armchairs.
• Bedroom 4: Upstairs King Suite + Private lounge seating.
• Common Bath 1: Main Floor full bath with tub.
• Common Bath 2: Upstairs full bath with walk-in shower located near the laundry area.

KIDS & FAMILY: We’ve stocked the home with a Pack ‘n Play, baby gate, highchair, kids' utensils, puzzles, and books.
COURT & BEACH GEAR: We provide pickleball paddles, balls, 2 yoga mats, beach towels, and 2 beach umbrellas.
WILDLIFE & NATURE: Surrounded by woods and near the river, our home is a haven for local wildlife! Keep an eye out for deer and birds. Because we share space with nature, you may encounter bees, wasps, mosquitoes, or ticks. We professionally fog the property to minimize pests, but we do not issue refunds for nature being nature.
CLIMATE: Stay cool with central AC throughout the home, fans in every bedroom for summer stays. Stay warm in the winter with central heating and electric fireplace in the living room.
FIREWOOD: Firewood is provided for your use at the fire pit, additional wood is available for purchase.
PARKING: 4 designated parking spots on site. Please inquire if you are bringing a trailer with a boat. The public boat launch is less than half a mile from the property.

NUMBER OF GUESTS: Our space is designed for groups, family reunions, and retreats. We comfortably sleep up to 10 guests across our four bedrooms and flexible sleeping spaces.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during their stay. This includes the main silo home, loft space, garage game room, and all outdoor amenities: hot tub, sauna, pickleball court, pergola, grill, fire pit, and open yard space. Onsite parking includes 4 designated parking stalls.
We respect your privacy and want you to feel at home. We are available by phone or message to answer questions, provide local recommendations, or assist with anything you need during your stay. If desired, we can share tips on nearby wineries, beaches, orchards, and local dining spots that make Fennville and the surrounding areas such a special destination.
WATER: Our home runs on a well, and we have a professional-grade filtration system located in the pump room that services the entire property.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations remain subject to the standard cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance or using a credit card that offers trip cancellation and interruption protection.

Getting around
A car is recommended for exploring the area. The home is located in a peaceful, wooded setting with easy driving access to Douglas, Saugatuck, Lake Michigan beaches, local wineries, parks, and Kalamazoo River boat launches—ideal for guests bringing kayaks or boats.
Free on-site parking is available and can accommodate multiple vehicles. Roads are not paved but accessible year-round; however, during winter months, guests should allow extra time for travel following snowfall, as with most rural areas.

Amazing house. Full of amenities, kids had a blast in the game room, adults enjoyed the sauna and hot hub. And the whole family got to play a lot of pickle ball. It was an extra surprise to see all the wildlife, lots of birds at the bird feeder and deer most morning and nights. House is in a quite location but close to all the attractions of Saugatuck.

This house and the grounds were beautiful. There was plenty to do without leaving the property, though the towns of Douglas and Saugatuck were short drives away with great restaurants and shops available for us to enjoy. We plan on renting again next year.

This place was amazing! It's a newer Airbnb, and the amenities exceeded our expectations, including a hot tub, game room, pickleball court, and sauna. We loved feeling like we had the entire forest to ourselves while still being just a short drive from Saugatuck. It's the perfect getaway for both adults and kids. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained. It was clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the property in excellent condition, and it made our stay incredibly comfortable. The home is so versatile, it would be perfect for families with kids, a girls' weekend, or a large family gathering. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy time together. Neal was an outstanding host - responsive, kind, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Communication was easy from start to finish, and he made sure we had everything we needed. We had such a great Fourth of July stay at Bin and Gather. The repurposed silo is so unique and was the perfect place to go slow when we needed it. We loved sharing family meals under the pergola with the string lights. The blankets inside are unbelievably soft. The kitchen has everything we needed. It was one of those places that just feels peaceful from the moment you arrive, and we'd happily come back!

Our family had a wonderful, extended weekend at Bin & Gather. The home was very nice and the setting is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. We spent three nights there and none of us wanted to leave. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend here to friends and family who are looking to visit the area.
